As part of our transition project to the new version of ISO 9001:2015, we were trained in the QUALIPRO risk and interested parties modules that we recently received to better meet the new requirements of ISO 9001:2015. These two QUALIPRO modules are very practical tools that allow us to effectively demonstrate the actions that are taken in the face of risks and opportunities and the identification of relevant interested parties and their expectations in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. QUALIPRO is also a very efficient tool for managing documents in electronic format that can help us achieve the objective of “ZERO paper” in order to better preserve our environment. I was recently trained internally in the use of QUALIPRO just after I took up the position of Document Management Manager to better manage our documents.
