I would like to express my positive opinion regarding the use of the Qualipro software, after regular use of the software in our team, I am convinced that this software brings significant value to our quality management operations.
Here are a few key points that contribute to my favourable opinion…’’

As part of our transition project to the new version of ISO 9001:2015, we were trained in the QUALIPRO risk and interested parties modules that we recently received to better meet the new requirements of ISO 9001:2015. These two QUALIPRO modules are very practical tools that allow us to effectively demonstrate the actions that are taken in the face of risks and opportunities and the identification of relevant interested parties and their expectations in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. QUALIPRO is also a very efficient tool for managing documents in electronic format that can help us achieve the objective of “ZERO paper” in order to better preserve our environment. I was recently trained internally in the use of QUALIPRO just after I took up the position of Document Management Manager to better manage our documents.

As part of the total overhaul of our document management system, we conducted a search for software adapted to our needs. We selected the QUALIPRO software, because in addition to being a document platform, it is also an excellent tool for managing the interfaces between actions, audits, training courses, etc.

Convinced that a digital solution is the best way to manage all quality documentation, I have been using QUALIPRO in my laboratory since the first day I decided to become certified. I end up using QUALIPRO not only for documentation, but for all the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. I use QUALIPRO not only for the management of a simple meeting or training, but also for the management of non-conformities, improvement actions to be launched and customer satisfaction (satisfaction surveys, complaints, etc.). QUALIPRO simply allowed me to have a quality management system organized according to the ISO 9001 standard from the first day of its installation and this is what allowed me to be certified in less than a year. The modular aspect of QUALIPRO helps us a lot, both in managing access rights and in our daily work to report non-conformities, to organize training or just to record the minutes of a meeting. With its latest version, QUALIPRO now enables us to manage absolutely all the records resulting from our laboratory’s activity and to get closer to our “zero paper” objective. I am currently working on the transition to ISO 15189 accreditation and I still intend to continue using QUALIPRO to manage all the requirements of this accreditation, as it is already ready for this type of project. … Good continuation to QUALIPRO.

Our initial need was to find a simple, easy-to-understand tool to manage the document repository with multi-criteria search and validation workflow for multiple users and multiple sites within our SME. We have been using QUALIPRO, the Quality / QHSE software, for exactly six months. It is very simple, complete, scalable and modular. From easy document management to advanced skills management, the information is available in real time and in a fluid manner. We even had the comfort of having it with a health and safety at work module for risk and incident management. Other optional modules are planned to be added. The base seems complete and the interface is so practical that zapping can be mastered by all levels of our employees. The product meets our needs perfectly. However, its strong point in my opinion is not only the software itself, whose core is based on the action plan, but QUALIPRO’S team that manages it and that makes the difference, given that there are an infinite number of QSE management software architectures around us, from the simplest to the most sophisticated. Knowing perfectly the requirements of the standards and the demand of the companies, the extended team of QUALIPRO is always available and ready to make evolve its product with assistance of the customers in real time.

We invested in QUALIPRO for several reasons: internal and external.
Internally, it is to avoid the non-productive tasks of the quality manager, especially since an integrated management system that includes 4 standards: ISO 9001, EN 9100, ISO 14001 and ISO TS 16949 is not easy to manage with limited resources…
